The Kingdom of Bahrain drops restrictions on the registration of domain names under its national ccTLD .BH. Trademark owners who do not yet have the transcription of their trademarks in the form of .BH domain names have the possibility to proceed with the necessary registrations during the sunrise period, until January 2, 2022.
Note that current holders of .BH domain names also have the option of reserving the corresponding domain names in Arabic (لبحرين.).
In addition, it seems just as appropriate to recall the existence of the .BAHRAIN geoTLD.
Finally, extrajudicial disputes relating to Bahraini domain names are governed by the bhDRP, a procedure administered by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (wipo.int).
